CJT Development LLC holds the IP. Operators get the right to deploy. The OI platform, the SWD system, and the crude reclamation technology are all available under formal license agreements — engineered for Permian Basin operations.
CJT Development LLC is the sole IP holding company. It does not operate wells or facilities — it develops technology and licenses the right to use that technology to operating entities. The technology remains permanently owned by CJT Development. Licensees receive a defined right-to-use under a formal License Agreement, renewable annually.
Choose the patent applications that match your operation — App A for SWD automation, Apps C+D for crude reclamation, or the combined package for both.
CJT Development issues a formal License Agreement defining scope, permitted territory, renewal terms, and audit rights. Reviewed and signed by both parties.
Your facility operates under the cover of CJT Development's provisional patents. Field deployment support and technical documentation are included.
All licenses are issued on an annual basis. Renewals maintain coverage as provisional patents progress toward non-provisional filings and eventual grant.
CJT Energy and CJT Oil are independent operating entities — each holds a separate license from CJT Development for the applications covering their specific operation. This structure keeps IP ownership cleanly at CJT Development and operational risk at the operating level.

Applications C & D — Crude Reclamation + OI Platform
CJT Development is developing a formal third-party licensing program for independent SWD and crude reclamation operators in the Permian Basin. Contact us now to discuss early-access terms and be first in line when the program opens.
Deploy the same autonomous SWD control system licensed to CJT Energy at your own facility. Replace manual valve turns, paper tickets, and round-the-clock operator presence with 24/7 OI-driven automation.
Deploy the modular crude reclamation system at your facility. Convert the oilfield waste streams you're currently paying to dispose of — sludge, BS&W, tank bottoms — into sellable crude oil with autonomous process control.
License both the SWD automation and crude reclamation technology — ideal for facilities that handle both operations. Includes App A, C, and D with the full edge-compute OI platform and all associated deployment rights.
Licensing CJT Development technology means deploying a system that is already in real-world use — not a prototype, not a pilot program.
Three provisional patents filed in 2026 cover every critical system component. Licensees operate under the same patent-pending umbrella that protects CJT Development's own deployments.
This is not a concept. The system is actively deployed in the Permian Basin with real hardware, real process conditions, and real operational data. Licensees inherit proven technology.
The Generic PLC with Modbus TCP/IP means no proprietary vendor lock-in. The technology is compatible with standard industrial hardware — existing equipment may qualify without replacement.
CJT Development is SAM.gov registered (UEI: QD7VXFYTW3W5) and SBIR Phase I eligible. DOE grant-supported deployments may be possible for qualifying operators who work with us during Phase I.
The OI platform runs entirely at the edge — no cloud dependency means no subscription fees, no connectivity requirements, and no single point of failure outside your own facility.
Licensees receive full deployment documentation including PLC interface specs, OI engine integration guide, system architecture, and commissioning checklist. Not just a license — a deployment package.
Contact Daniel Gallehugh, Managing Member, to discuss licensing options for your operation. SWD operators, crude reclamation operators, and facilities running both — all welcome.
