Two facilities, drawn end to end

Every vessel, pump, filter pot and valve that OI supervises — in the order fluid actually moves through it.

Reclamation OI

Crude reclamation train

Sludge and BS&W arrive by truck and leave as sales-spec crude and clean produced water. Jet pumps re-suspend solids, decant tanks drop water, the mix tank and heat loop condition the feed, and the Tricanter makes the three-phase cut.

Process flow — crude recovery

Orange = oil / crude  ·  Blue-grey = water  ·  Teal = equalization  ·  Purple dashed = return
Receiving

Truck Lanes 1–5 → Sump Cellar → FP-1 → Off-1 / Off-2 (1,000 bbl each, EQ line between them).

Jetting

FWT (500 bbl) → JP jet pump → jet lines into the bottom of both offload tanks to keep solids moving.

Decant

Skimmer lines → Dec-1 / Dec-2 → TP-1 to the Decanter Machine (with return), TP-2 → FP-2 → MT-1 mix tank.

Separation

MT-1 heat loop via TP-H and the external heater, then TP-3 → Tricanter → PWT and the oil tank to sales.

SWD OI

Saltwater disposal facility

Trucks offload into a six-tank battery, the GunBarrel makes the oil/water split, recovered crude goes to sales, and the water leg feeds the downhole tanks and the injection train. Three permitted wells; two open, one isolated.

Process flow — disposal & injection

Orange = oil / crude  ·  Blue-grey = water  ·  Teal = OI-controlled equipment  ·  Red dashed = isolated well
Offload

Truck Lanes 1–2 → T-offload valves → transfer pump → FP-2 → Offload Tanks 1–6 (top-fed manifold).

Separation

Gravity drain to the GunBarrel; oil floats and leaves on a restricted overflow to Oil Tank 1 → Oil Tank 2 → sales valve.

Water leg

Water settles out of the GunBarrel bottom, drops down the water leg and tops up Downhole Tanks DH-1 and DH-2.

Injection

Common suction → charge pump → FP-1 → downhole pump (OI / VFD / PLC) → injection header → W-01, W-02 open, W-03 closed.

3,200 BPDCurrent injection rate
8,000 BPDPermitted daily limit
1,430 PSIInjection header pressure
2 / 3Wells open
